In 2014, I saw the word vagina graffitied on a roadside cliff in Santorini and was struck by the complete novelty. As a response, I used acrylic paint to write slang words for female genitalia on beautiful landscapes I have shot from around the world. It’s a commentary on the ubiquitousness and (in)visibility of what’s between two legs.
